Share what you have
Some of what you find here will lift you. Some of it will ask you to lift someone else. Here's one simple way to do that this month.
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat.

Four ways to help
Give food
Shelf-stable staples like canned protein, peanut butter, rice, pasta and cereal are always welcome.
Give money
Food banks can often buy in bulk, so a cash gift can stretch further than the same amount spent at a store.
Give time
Sorting donations, packing hampers and helping at distribution days all make a real difference.
Spread the word
Share this page or the food bank's own posts with friends, family, your church or workplace.
Needs change from week to week, so it's always worth checking with the food bank before you drop things off.
