Your privacy, in plain words
We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and there are no ads on this site.

What we collect
- Your email address, only if you sign up for the morning word. We use it to send that one email and nothing else.
- Your message, only if you write to us through the Talk to someone page. Just the person replying to you reads it.
- Basic visit counts, like how many people visited today. [Name your analytics tool here, or remove this line if you don't use one.]
What stays on your device
When you keep a thought, it's saved in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information
- Show ads or use advertising trackers
- Share your messages with anyone else
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also ask us to see or delete anything we hold about you by writing to [your contact email].
Services we use
[List the email service, form tool and web host you choose, e.g. "Emails are sent through [service], which stores your address on our behalf."]
This page is written in plain language for a small personal site. It's a good idea to have it checked against BC and Canadian privacy rules before launch.
